a year ago I was gym -going healthy- eating bike- riding healthy size 12... fast forward one year of full time work with part time study, no money to go to gym and no time to even think about what I'm shovelling into my mouth, I am ginormous. I think I had my [shock] moment today, Last year I had these size twelve Topshop biker skinny jeans that I wore until they died, in an optimistic attempt at feeling good, I bought the same pair again on ebay, I can't even do the --fuckers-- up [sad] [sad] [sad] and the muffin top was more exploded sausage than muffin! I need to do something about this- I feel all sweaty all the time and I think it's all the extra fat. Could someone anyone give me some advice to start gently getting myself back on track.
