a year ago I was gym -going healthy- eating bike- riding healthy size 12...
fast forward one year of full time work with part time study, no money to go to gym and no time to even think about what I'm shovelling into my mouth, I am ginormous.
I think I had my Shock moment today, Last year I had these size twelve Topshop biker skinny jeans that I wore until they died, in an optimistic attempt at feeling good, I bought the same pair again on ebay, I can't even do the fuckers up Sad Sad Sad and the muffin top was more exploded sausage than muffin!
I need to do something about this- I feel all sweaty all the time and I think it's all the extra fat.
Could someone anyone give me some advice to start gently getting myself back on track.
Thanks in advance

Sign up for MyFitnessPal and log all your calories? Or maybe one of the online diet plans, I think weight watchers, slimming world and boots all do online plans.
Good luck!

Know how you feel, join my fitness pal. Also, shred only takes 22 minutes a day, it's hard but really gets results.

Cut out booze, porridge for breakfast / fast meals and make sure you always have a piece of fruit in your bag to snack on. And walk, walk as much as you can, it's free and really tones you up.

Good luck

That's why I'm back on the wagon. Most of my friends are slim and I'm fed up of being the chubby one! Have 3 big events in May / June and I want to look good. That coupled with my 5 year old neice asking if I was having a baby because my tummy is big like my 8 month pregnant sister I didn't come home and cry honest

Yyou know what they say about out of the mouths of babes!!

a friend of mine swears by slimming world, I'm just a cheapskate! Although did weight watchers before I had my DD and lost 2 stone on that.

Don't beat yourself up about scoffing loads, today is a new day :)

Thank you, I have never done the slimming world thing but think I will (for the weigh in and weekly buzz of having support if I do lose weight.
Thanks, Smile

Another for Slimming World here - or MFP - exercise wise SHRED & a weighted hula hoop. (if you have a shop called Home & Bargains near you you can get one in there for £6.95 - otherwise they are £15 in Argos or Tescos)
