Has anyone else done it?
I'm on day 2 and it's not as bad as I expected, but a bit of a shock after the freedom of green days.
I could do with someone telling me they lost loads :)
It's a completely different plan to SW, I had cornflakes for breakfast this morning, quite a big bowl full, I haven't eaten cornflakes for years, I only ever have cereal that's a healthy B choice.
Tomorrow I'm having two crumpets and jam for breakfast, which would be an 11 syns meal on SW !!!!
It's weird, I'm weighing veg and fat free yogurt and yet I'm eating cornflakes and crumpets ??
