18 months since my dd was born, I still have a belly. By the end of the day I look pregnant. I am skinny all over apart from the stomach. I know my diet doesnt help but diet along is not going to get rid of it. Any specific exercises, classes going to help??

I have heard that the best way to get your pre-baby tummy back is to suck in your stomach and contract the Abs. Do it as often as you can and for as long as you can. I try to do it when pushing the pram. You can also tie a thread around your waist so that it is comfortable only when your stomach is in. Like that every time you relax, it will cut in and remind you to suck your tummy in.
