So in January 2010, I weighed 135 and had 25% body fat.
I now weight 146 and have 35% body fat.
So I read the Volumetrics book by Barbara Rolls, and it's amazing!! It's all about eating more food for less calories.... just what I need because I hate feeling hungry! I bit the bullet, too and joined the gym... paid for 6 months upfront.. eek!
So I've been to the gym everyday this week and have lost a pound... but I've not been hungry! Really pleased! I just need a bit of motivation and support, as the kids go back to school next week and I go back to placement.
My aim is to be down to 9 stone dead (126 pounds) and lose three inches from my waist...
