ok - had lost about 10obs on a ww/ low carbs diet.
then school holidays - still eating relatively little.
eg branflakes
soup
fruit
tiny fish and veg ( typical day)
very little alcohol. NO BREAD Or spuds for weeks.
How have pi put on three pounds in two weeks? have been doing loads of exercise - is it muscle or is that a myth?
H came out with the old " starving yourself holding onto fat" thing btu that cant be three pounds can it?
