Seriously! I am learning to maintain new healthy weight. Yesterday I just loved the smell of DHs hot cross buns, the spicing especially and really wanted to join in the Easterishness somehow. So:
For an hour or so I steeped finely grated peel of one lemon and one orange in a mix of orange flower water and a bit of sweeteener. Though I think a tablespoon of lemon or OJ would have been fresher, zingier. Half a teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and allspice. Quarter tsp of ground cloves. Add to a portion of greek total 0% yoghurt.
It was hilariously good and just to my taste. Let me know if anyone else enjoys it:)
