Belly buster?

I'm currently on a low GI diet and am doing exercise twice a week - will do more soon.
But, my main issue is my buddha belly and I'm not sure the diet and exercise is shifting it.
Has anyone any tips; someone has recommended green tea capsules, someone else pink grapefruit juice.
Really could do with some additional help

Try something like Pilates - really concentrating on your core muscles. I used to have a real pot belly til I discovered pilates movements like The Plank. Toning up the inner stomach muscles - and learning how to breath properly whilst doing the abs stuff will make a huge difference. I now have the flattest tummy I have ever had....though clearly stretchmarked to hell after 2 DC but hey.
