Dont know if it helps, but I used a site called weight loss resources. It helped me shift the two stone I put on whilst pregnant, took about 10 weeks. I am ashamed to say that I didnt do any exercise but stuck to about 1100 cals per day and it did work!

There is a 3 day trial on the site otherwise it costs about £7 per month, may not be for everyone but I wouldnt have lost the weight as quickly as I did without it. Good luck!x

Be careful not to eat too little. With a 16-month-old, you'll need to keep your strength up! But it is (or should be) a simple matter to lose weight. You just need to be sure you're eating a little less than you need to be to maintain your current weight. In other words, assuming your weight hasn't gone up, you are currently eating what it takes in calories to maintain your current weight. To reduce weight, you simply reduce calories - permanently. But do it slowly.
