Starting a mumsnet combo to get slim and fit

After reading about wheat free, Shred and Callanetics on mumsnet I have decided to do a combination of all three. I have started a wheat free diet today and will calorie count to 1250 cals a day. I am also going to start the 30 Shred tomorrow (DVD on way) and restart my spot Callanetics (already a huge fan).

good for you, great combo. don't replace wheat with other gluten free stodge though not at least until the weight is all off!

Thanks v much. I am also going to do healthy eating. I don't have a book or anything but was thinking along the lines of fish and vegetables, jacket potatoes with cheese, tuna etc. Any suggestions gratefully received...

Healthy eating good. Fish and veg v good.

I do moderate carb - not much in way of grains or carby veg but lots of other veg and fruit, low fat dairy.

Suggestions would be to:
a) avoid processed food where possible
b) Try and eat protein at each meal
c) Fruit good but not great for weight loss, stick to 2 pieces a day
d) Keep meals like jacket potatoes (ie high in carbs) for immediately post exercise. Better to have smaller jacket with more tuna.

Myfitnesspal great for calorie counting, I use it to count protein too. I like to keep both carbs and protein close to 100g a day.
