WW question regarding cross-training !

Hi there,

I often 30 minutes on the cross trainer but when I want to add it in the activity tracker, I don't know what is the equivalent.

Would you know ???

I'm not certain but I've read that if you use this

Enter duration and your weight and scroll down to ski machine - general.
It'll tell you how many cals and as a rough rule of thumb 100 cals burned is about a point.

Hi sherocks, i would say it would be equivalent to 6 points if you are going for it.

I do 30 mins on the bike and this works out to 6pp. That is for a 'strenuous' workout, the other option is 'slow' which comes out at 3pp. On average I burn 350 calls (depending how often I crank the tension up!!)
