So okay, I know that part of the point of low-carb is to eat fresh, natural and un-fiddled-about-with food. Which is great. But we're all busy human beings and live in the real world, so I'm interested to know what are your low-carb supermarket staples that you call on when you don't have time, or just don't want to cook?
I'll start:
Tesco Simply Cook range, especially chicken in cheese, mushroom and ham sauce (0.2g carbs per serving!), chicken with shallots and garlic mushrooms or peppercorn steak
Aldi salmon in honey and mustard sauce (can't remember the exact carb count of whole pack but it's LOW)
Babybels
M&S pots of Honduran prawns with cocktail dippy sauce
Anyone else care to share?
