I'm fed up of feeling fat. I'm not even that big but I am big for me and its getting my down. I really need to loose a stone.
I mainly need to loose weight on my belly, hips and thighs.
At this stage I am even considering no carbs or ducan diet. But I just cant get my head around not being allowed to eat fruit.
Help?
I am very low on motivation and dont seem to be ready in my head at the moment...
