Weight loss chat

I'm not even trying with weight watchers :( what now?

I'm fed up of feeling fat. I'm not even that big but I am big for me and its getting my down. I really need to loose a stone.

I mainly need to loose weight on my belly, hips and thighs.

At this stage I am even considering no carbs or ducan diet. But I just cant get my head around not being allowed to eat fruit.

Help?

I am very low on motivation and dont seem to be ready in my head at the moment...

Escape the diet trap.

Lots of lean protein, lots of veg.

Small amounts of fruit, yoghurt, nuts and seeds (nuts and seeds can be increased when you have lost the weight, this is a lifelong diet!)

I've got paul McKenna and was listening to it for a while it motivated me to exercise but didnt help much with food!

I think what you have said as in lean protein and lots of veg will work but I can't stick to it atall Sad it always comes back to low carbs...
