I'm thinking of giving calorie cycling a try, to let me mix up my diet a bit and avoid weight plateaus as I lose. I always find I struggle to keep going when I hit a plateau so if I can avoid them it'd be great.
I've been reading this caloriecount.about.com/calorie-cycling-g272 and think I might try it.
The site gives this link to the Harris Benedict Equation to help you work out what your calorie needs are and also gives the option to zig-zag (cycle). I wonder whether is can work? Anyone done it? www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
I use myfitnesspal so not sure how it will fit with that, just keep logging to keep track I suppose.
