Hi I'v just started slimming world and just getting to grips with the basic. I am going out for a curry with family and wanted to know what is the best things to eat for syn value etc. Thanks Smile

poppadoms = 4 syns each, raita = 1 syn a tbspn, mango - 2 syns a tbspn

bhaji = 8.5

samosa - 2 meat - 12.5 on all Confused
2 veg - 7.5

naan bread = 20 Shock

plain rice - free on ee an g but 20 on r

pilau (180gr serving) - 2.5 on ee and g but 14 on g

chicken dhansak = 6.5 on ee and r - but 18.5 on g
same with jalfrezi & lamb rogan josh

veg jalfrezi = 7.5 on all
