I am pondering trying the harcombe diet and wondered if anyone had tried it? How did you find it?
Reviews on amazon look pretty good. I lose interest in diets very quickly so I am hoping something new will create some enthusiasm in me!

I read it but TBH think most of her complicated rules unnecessary and not good for someone who loses interest fast.

Good if you have lots of food cravings as she gives ideas on what could be causing.

Yes, I did it recently - but only phase 1 for the 5 days. Phase 2 was just too much of a faff.

Anyway, I lost over half a stone in those 5 days so I highly recommend it. [ And I am not hugely overweight, so half a stone was a lot for me! ]

I've been doing it since january 16th, and have lost 2 stone so far!!!!

I LOVE IT!!!!!

You have to be comitted though, as it really does change your whole food/shopping routine!

I feel great though, and am looking forward to wearing my bikini on holiday later this year - woohoo!!!
