Is there a slimming world support thread? If not, shall we start one? :)

That's it really. Ive had a good look around the threads here and can find lots of threads with questions about slimming world, but no threads where we can regularly post questions, share info, weight gain weightloss etc.

If I've missed a thread that covers the above, please guide me in the right direction Grin

If you know not of such a thread, would you like to join me on this weight loss journey?

Thanks for reading!

Ok got weigh in tonight, hoping to loose as i gained half a pound last week.

Going to cinema this afternoon, not taking sweets and keeping away from ben & jerrys ice cream pots, BUT i do still want a tango ice blast, can not find anywhere the syn value of these however i have only used 53 out of my 70 syns, surely it cant be more than 17 syns for this drink...can it?

I wish I could be stronger and just drink the pepsi max but tango ice blasts are an obligatory part of going to the cinema!(small part of me is hoping that the machine is broke)

Right,
I plucked up courage and went to SW yesterday morning. I had to make it a quick first time visit as I had to go to work and I was on a sleep over. I'm not that long home from work and I am just trying to get my head round what I am supposed to be doing. I am doing the Green Plan but not sure how it all works yet. So I guess I have lost two potential losing weight days but I'll have a good read through and sort out what I am supposed to be doing.
I have a target of 2 stone 4lbs to lose. (Which at this moment seems impossible)

Its not impossible Upahill its completely do able, you will be completely suprised how the weight does just drop off as long as you follow your plan properly xxx

I lost 3lbs last night, thats 8.5lbs off in 3 weeks, made up and can see a difference already!
