I'm finally going to lose weight not them I'm that big now but I've gone up 3 sizes since my youngest daughter and am a perfect 12 now but want to get down to 8 in about 3-4 months
. I'm going to weigh myself once a month but mostly just go off my clothes I have a wardrobe full of size 8's and 10's and I want to wear "my" clothes again 
I plan on doing more exercise an hours walk a day with the girls and dog bet the cat will follow us a few times so if you see a crazy lady chasing a cat all mad telling him to go home it'll be me!
More time in the garden and 30 bouncing on the trampoline per day.
Running up and down the stairs 10 times per day adding one per day till i reach around 50.
Walking everywhere if it's less than 2.5 miles (when my husband is at work he won't be keen on walking that far)
Listening to music and having a dance whilst cleaning 
Can't think of many more right now
No drinking coffee, alcohol or hot chocolates. tea (no sugar) and water only and once a month or so a shandy in the garden. No ice cream, biscuits, crisps or popcorn :'( this is my NO list so you can make your own.
Meals can be what ever you like if it's unhealthy just a smaller portion. I will post once a day with my meals and exercise
I've been trying to do this for months so if I start my own thread then I'll stick to it, I think I've set a good goal of 4 months and it's summer so no more excuses for me
