have not been pigging out. had a couple of glasses of champagne on Saturday but that's it on the drink front. exercising as usual, have cut down on eating recently and no change there. yes, got a box of chocs for mothers day but have had 1-2 a day as a treat, not gorged the entire box in one go!!!
so how on earth could there be a half stone difference in me getting on the scales in the past few days?!
the scales are quite old and possibly need replaced - could that be it??
