Glos dad starting Exante Total Solution... anyone need a buddy ?!

Hi all,

I'm starting the Exante Total Solution diet today as I've got about 7 stone to lose . I know I can stick with it but I thought perhaps I might be able to find some people on here in a similar situation for support or to buddy with. Hey, you never know ! I'm in Gloucester and would love to try some classes (maybe Zumba, Pilates, that kind of thing) but it'd be great to not have to go on my own !!!

Anyway if you're anywhere nearby I'd love to hear from you. If you're not, well it's still nice to chat, eh ?!

Hi Glen how you doing on the exante diet?
I am on ts day 4 and hungry :(( very motivated though). I want to lose 4 stone by august the 8th.
Would be really nice to share tips.
