I could do with a support group Wink Grin I knew I would ache as I have been inactive for so long but OH MY GAWD!! Ouch is all I can say, and today is only day 3. Does it get easier in the sense that my muscles will stop hurting as much and I will I be able to do normal things again like walk?

Its the star jumps that throw me off, I am rather large in the boobage area, I have the most reinforced sports bra I could find. Still my boobs insists on going in the opposite direction to the way I am going Blush it hurts so much.

I have managed to loose 8lb in about 3 weeks so far, by counting calories and eating healthier, walking more and have now started the 30 day shred. My neighbour let me borrow her copy she swears by it and I do feel good with it but still ouchness!

well done on the healthy eating & starting the shred. you will ache for a few days but it does get easier & stops hurting - I promise. I would try & wear your normal bra & your sports bra - worked for me.

Yes gets easier. I find it easy now (a year on) and can do the ripped in 30 (harder) with no ill effects. Wear 2 sports bras, different makes at the same time. Would have thought only takes 2-3 weeks for it not to hurt at all.

Thank you for the replies. I did find today easier in that I wore the sports bra tighter than I would normally, I will try it with my normal bra as well, thanks for the tip. I am sore but I found I was not as out of breath as much today (day 3) than I was day 1 & 2. I am going to persevere though as I feel really good on it.
I was thinking about adding in a short run to my exercise regime, never run as such before though so might to it early morning so I don't look silly/feel silly Blush
