Weight Watchers question

heavenis · 01/02/2006 10:06

Hi
I just started weight watchers on line yesterday.
I'm doing the points.
I know you can have so much milk a day but does that have points you have to add.
I usual only have milk on cereal and don't have any in coffee which is what I normally drink.
Thanks for any help

Yes, heavenis, sadly you're supposed to add the points for milk. However, I drink very little, just in tea and coffee so I don't bother!

Think it is 1 point for 1/2 pint semi skimmed and 1/2 point for 1/2 pint skimmed. Good luck hope goes well for you.

chipmonkey · 01/02/2006 14:07

Lynn, its actually 2 points for 1/2 pint semi-skimmed and 1 point for 1/2 pint skimmed.

thanks chipmonkey its been a while since I was in WW - think its time to go back!

I've been doing it at home. Very reluctant to give up bf at the moment because you're allowed 6 extra points!

LynnC · 01/02/2006 14:28

Wow - if only I could restart bf then again think might be too late after a year I've been trying to get back on for past year since dd born but no motivation and kid myself on with the points (as you can tell with milk scenario)no wonder pounds are piling on!

Thanks for the info I've just put 0.5 on for 1/8 of milk.
