Someone on my fb is raving about them, saying in a week she has lost a stone and is all smug she has done no exercise and has eaten choc. Meanwhile I am just back from a 70min work out at gym and eating a sandwich with salad.
I have no desire to try them but please tell me how they work out of pure interest - have googled and just get a bunch of stick thin woman telling me they used to be whales - aye right!
Surely if they worked so well then the obesity crisis is over? Someone inform the WHO.
