I am into London for an exciting day at the ballet and have to bring packed lunch on low caring.Any ideas?

What would you have for lunch at home? Are you carb free or can you have things like raw carrots?

I would go to M&S and buy:
ready-made salad bowl (check for low-fat dressing!)
packet of chicken breast pieces to put into it (the ones that come with chicken don't have enough of it to fill you up)
big bag of carrot "batons" (raw peeled carrot sticks, ready to eat)
Individual count on us chocolate mousse
