<musing after the smoking threads> POLL - Would you take up smoking if it guaranteed losing a stone a month?

I think I would Confused

Only because I know I could give it up after 6 months Grin

I would also get a 'mini gastric band' fitted if it was safe and could be removed after six months with no harm to me.

Hell yeah. But what an indication of how fucked up my attitude to myself is, that I would rather risk killing myself than be a stone overweight Sad

OlympicEater · 07/03/2012 20:17

Yup. I'd like to take up smoking anyhow even after 8 years of not smoking cos I liked smoking.

OlympicEater · 07/03/2012 20:18

Dolly I'm way more than a stone overweight Sad but equally fucked up attitude

TCOB · 07/03/2012 20:20

Mmmm anyone else fancy a fag...?

DaydreamDolly · 07/03/2012 20:22

Oh go on then. Marlborough light??

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 07/03/2012 20:35

Yeah, but Laurie, how do you know you'd be able to give it up? That's the problem with smoking. I bet there's not a single person in the world that started smoking thinking they'd get hooked. Everyone thinks they're the exception.

MyChildDoesntNeedSleep · 07/03/2012 20:36

Where are the smoking threads, btw?
