My son is 8 months old and I would ideally like to lose 20lbs. I have been half-heartedly doing WW since he was six weeks old and have lost 18lbs to get just within my healthy BMI, but I am still a lot bigger than when I fell pregnant.
Anyone else struggling to get back to their pre-baby weight? It seems as if everyone tells me the weight will 'fall off' because I am breastfeeding, but it certainly isn't! I CRAVE sweet things, and find myself suddenly starving hungry from nowhere, and not able to think about anything apart from food.
I have lost my motivation somewhat, but do want to be back at pre-baby weight by the time he's a year old, so have four months to kick myself into gear.
Anyone else? And anyone got any hints about how to get rid of the fat on my stomach? It seems like I look at least four months pregnant.
