egg white omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes and spinach is a good one - fills me right up until lunchtime.

Annie - come and join us on the losing a stone thread.

I would recommend what dinky says...omelette is good. Also a bowl of mini shredded wheat topped with fat free yogurt, berries and a few nuts is very filling, as is cubes of feta cheese with a fruit salad.

Oh, and two cauldron veggie sausages with roasted portabello mushrooms is very filling

Anything with at least 20-30g protein in it depending on your weight.

For eg, 2 eggs, 1 slice toasted vogels soya and linseed loaf, 1 small pot plain yogurt and an apple.

Counterintuitive though it may seem, if I eat a 500 cal breakfast with 30g protein in it, I don't overeat or get massively hungry for the rest of the day. Took me a while to get my head round eating that much first thing though.

30g protein within 30 minutes of waking. Job doneSmile

Eggs/bacon etc doesn't seem to do it for me...and trust me, I've tried them prompted by everybody (it seems) on here.

The only things that keep me full are porridge or a huge fruit salad. Weetabix is good, but doesn't keep me going as long as the other two. I s'pose everyone's different, and you have to experiment until you find what works for you.
