I am "going away" with work so all meals cooked for me for 3 weeks and no pandering to DH carb addiction! I want to try carb free for 3 weeks any top tips on foods to avoid
Obviously - alcohol ( is gin and soda ok?), bread products, pasta, potatoes

What else to really avoid ?

If you can eat green veggies, but not peas, sweetcorn or cooked carrots.

Thanks jax so I'm guessing breakfast of poached eggs, bacon and tinned toms would be ok?

Go for meat, fish and eggs with green veg.

Tinned tomato had carbs - I am happy to eat depends how low carb you want to go.

mrssnaplegs I would happily eat that for breakfast, but remember that bacon is processed, so would alternate with mushrooms if available.

If I am out I tend to stick with meat/fish/eggs with veggies or salad.

I snack on nuts or a piece of cheese if I need something to keep me going.
