1 slice of white bread is 1.5 points
2 slices of white bread = 2.5 points ( I know that doesn't add up but WW is sometimes like that!!
1/4 pint of whole milk = 2 points

1/4 pint of skimmed = 1/2 point
Chicken breast, 1 fillet = 2.5 points
30g ham = 0.5 points
average portion of pasta = 3 points
1 tsp butter = 1 point
1 tsp low fat spread = 0.5 points
Average potato = 1 point
1 scoop of mashed potato with butter and milk = 1.5 points
4 0z oven chips = 3 points
