Two Week Ceral Diet - Support Me!

Hello,

I know it's not ideal and I wouldn't usually but I need to snap myself out of my currently awful eating habits and loose a chunk of chunk quickly. I think two-week cereal diet might help me do this, at the same time I'm going to start re-listening to Paul McKenna then I can join that thread.

My current plan is Monday - Friday eat cereal breakfast and lunch then proper tea with snacks only of ceral bars or fruit and do as much exercise as possible (I already have been but I'll be recording it now). Anyone in?

I don't weigh myself so the success of this will be based on, do my jeans fit better and are my cheekbones more there! I'm spurred to this as I felt fine last week but I swear have gained half a stone since Friday! My jeans fit fine Friday, I felt good when out Thursday night but awful at the weekend.

Anyone in? I shan't be telling anyone in RL this is what I'm doing so some virtual support would be good.

I think its a dreadful idea TBH. Not sure what cereal but am Shock at all that wheat carbs and sugar, esp the cereal bars and fruit - honesty I'd gain weight if I ate like that. Also I think setting you up to fail as you'll be hungry mid morning.

How about a lean protein and green veg diet? You'll get much better results and will not feel hungry.

If you really want the weight off FAST and don't mind faddy diets, do dukan attack (just lean protein and 2 tablespoons of oatbran) for 5 days, half a stone will be off by the end of the week, then every second day add veg.

Fair enough. As it happens was so manic today all I've managed is half a cereal bar, a small banana and I grabbed some spanish tortilla from the closest shop to my office. Perhaps I will rethink my plan and check out dukan attack - is there a website?

After attack - suggest 5 days if you want fast results, every second day add lower carb veg.
