I know it's not ideal and I wouldn't usually but I need to snap myself out of my currently awful eating habits and loose a chunk of chunk quickly. I think two-week cereal diet might help me do this, at the same time I'm going to start re-listening to Paul McKenna then I can join that thread.
My current plan is Monday - Friday eat cereal breakfast and lunch then proper tea with snacks only of ceral bars or fruit and do as much exercise as possible (I already have been but I'll be recording it now). Anyone in?
I don't weigh myself so the success of this will be based on, do my jeans fit better and are my cheekbones more there! I'm spurred to this as I felt fine last week but I swear have gained half a stone since Friday! My jeans fit fine Friday, I felt good when out Thursday night but awful at the weekend.
Anyone in? I shan't be telling anyone in RL this is what I'm doing so some virtual support would be good.
