Converting old WW points into pro points

I have an old WW recipe for mushroom stroganoff with a rice pilaff. It's 3.5 old points per serving or 14.5 for the whole recipe. It's really nice Grin
Does anyone know what it would be in pp or the easiest way to work it out?

I've estimated it at 8. The only pointed ingredients are brown rice, green lentils and low fat yog so 8 seems quite a lotConfused

This is entirely unscientific, but I remember the old points were said to be roughly 70 calories to one point, whilst propoints are about 40 points per point (gleaned from various forums over the years I've done weightwatchers!!)

As I said it's very rough guide but it would make it around 25 propoints for the whole recipe by my calculations.

Thanks, it sounds like I'm in the right area. I pointed my portion at 9 which was generous but I did have a big portion Blush
