Anyone fancy giving this a go? Looks pretty intense, am going to start on Monday and thought I would rally the troops :)

Need something I can stick at, and people to kick me up the arse so I don't get distracted/bored/wuss out. Am alarmingly good at finding better things to do with my time... Grin

Would love to - if I knew what the extreme one was? I was on a previous Shred thread but it all sort of fell by the wayside in the end. I'm up for starting the Shred again though Smile

extreme shed and shred
Its a region 1 dvd not yet available in the UK.

worldgonecrazy · 25/02/2012 08:57

As soon as it's available in UK format I am there! I love JM. I actually bought some size 8 jeans yesterday - okay they're Marks & Spencers size 8 and not, say, Lipsy size 8, but it still says size 8 on the label so I am happy.

serotoninbutterfly · 25/02/2012 12:38

Gosh, I will never be a size 8. Even if I was just a skeleton with no skin/muscle/fat there is no way in hell.

Shred and shed comes out soon here doesn't it? Confused

Well what are we going to do girls then? Do the Shred again while we're waiting for it to hit the UK?? Is it due out soon?

To be honest, I need to do something anyway so will maybe just start again by myself Hmm

Have you done Ripped in 30? Thats harder than 30DS.

foreverondiet · 25/02/2012 22:02

Ripped in 30. Its like shred but a whole lot more insane. Same 3 2 1 format. Just harder.

I am on level 2 but I push myself with 4kg weights whenever possible, although use in conjunction with the gym. Its so much harder than shred.

BTW I also now am M&S size 8. In Oct 2010 was m&S 16, and I never thought possible either.

Actually extreme shred didn't get particularly good reviews on amazon.

worldgonecrazy · 26/02/2012 08:50

Doing Ripped in 20 Level 4 for the next 2 weeks, prior to my trip to Paris, where I will be wearing the aforementioned size 8 jeans and a size small top. I cannot put on an ounce between now and then or I won't get into either.

Brianstorm · 27/02/2012 11:01

Just had a look and the Ripped DVD is also only Region 1 - how do you know if your DVD player is multi-region?
