As above really - i bought this book last year had some success but stopped listening to the cd as it was really tricky without an mp3, however have recently got an ipod and transferred the podcasts on to and am finding it really helpful - I can't begin to tell what she says on them though as I always fall asleep but i have stopped snacking and eating slower!!
Am also doing couch 2 5 k and mfp.
I just wondered if anyone else was using this I noticed there was a Paul Mckenna Thread and although I know it's not the same program thought it would be nice if we had a little thread of our own.
