What weights do you use with shred dvd

Thanks joby i want to see results fast ive been using dvd for two weeks and lost 4 inches so not doing bad. Just im using tins of beans at mo need weights really.

I agree 2kg.

If you want fast results consider buying 4kg as well. I bought 4kg as well (as 2kg) and tried to do the first set of some of the exercises with 4kg. Now I can do pretty much all of it with 4kg.
