maybe a little nap at 1300
work at 5pm
finish at 0130
up at 0730
back to bed 0900-1200
work at 5pm
finish at 0130
ATM I'm having breakfast after school run at 9am, cereal or toast usually.
Lunch is sandwich at 1230
Dinner at 1830 at work (leftovers or chinese takeaway)
hungry again by 10pm, snacking on supernoodles and crap.
could anyone suggest a better plan for me please? I am not trying to lose weight, just not stack it on!
