Shred alternatives

I have completed the 30 day shred a few times (recently Dec and Jan with a break for Christmas). I really enjoy it, but am looking for alternative workouts so I don't get bored. My BMI is about 34, so I'm quite heavy, but I find it gives me energy and I want to keep on doing early morning 25 minute workouts.

I bought JM Ripped in 30 and am on week 2. I just can't do all the moves - ab hold? Sorry but I'd need a 4"extension on my arms!

So I'm looking at maybe Davina? Anyone know which DVDs contain 20 - 25 minute workouts? (I get up and do them first thing). There are so many. Any other suggestions welcome.

I also don't have a massive space to workout in (can do shred ok if I move a table).

Thanks in advance.

I bought Ripped In 30 after I'd done shred twice. Like you I gave up when I got to level 2 as it was far too hard.

I bought 4kg hand weights (had 2 kg before) and did shred again twice until I could do most exercises with the big weights and a whole minute of full press ups.

Then I tried Ripped in 30 again, and did level 1 for 2 weeks. Now doing level 2 and am enjoying it, and can do all the moves. I had a sneaky look at level 3 and its even harder! So will do level 2 for at least 2 weeks and occasionally do level 1 again before moving to level 3. I use the 4kg weights whenever possible and I am beginning to look ripped!

Thank you, I like Zumba, so I'll take a look a that.

I will give going back to shred a try, I've had a break from it now. Good idea.

Thanks
