Want to go shopping soon and am on a diet. I want to get some weight-watchers branded food but I get hungry and sometimes I just cannot bear fruit. So if your on a diet, what do you snack on that is healthy?

Oh and btw, I'm not on a weight watchers/SW diet or anything, I just like their food :o

I'm on the paul mckenna and my blood type (i just noticed no one answered you!) I sometimes eat crispy ryvitas ot wheat free toast with olive oil and marmite or pnut butter. Or half an avoe. with tzatziki or tahini. Or a bowl of soup and ryvita.

Ryvita and thin spread peanut butter
25 g nuts
Yoghurt
Carrots / celery

Sugar free jelly can be great if you're craving something sweet. The ready made ones are a rip off, but the sachets are great. I love the lemon & lime flavour. Obviously you need to make them in advance, but it's piss easy & they keep really well in the fridge.

If you try to snack on lean protein it will fill you up nicely - chicken or lean ham or egg or something is ideal.

egg. Piece of ham, beef. Nuts. Celery. Piece of cheese. (I am low carb).

I do find that after a huge bowl of porridge (made with water) I don't need to eat till lunch time, and after 3 eggs with tomatoes and greek fat free yog with berries for lunch I don't need to eat till tea time - ie, less requirement to snack IYSWIM.

Pint of water often staves of hunger too.

second sugar free jelly. Also I cook up some chicken for snacking.

Wine Blush a small glass fills me up for some reason I find it far easier to stick to one small glass and it feels like a proper treat than have a few nuts.. Which turns into a whole pack of nuts as I get the munchies and hoover them up

I do try to stick to 3 meals a day though
