Have you ruled out listening to a cd? paul mckenna or "adore yourself slim"

If you have a look at Paul Mckenna's MN webchat he recommends 3 people:
Kevin Laye, www.kevinlaye.co.uk/ Tina Taylor, www.tina-taylor.com/ and Steve Crabb www.empowering-solutions.co.uk/

It was answering a question with regards to fear of flying but i'm sure they would work with people on other problems as well.

Hypnotherapy is not a regulated profession so anyone can, in theory, set themselves up as a hypnotherapist without any training. I ordered a hypnotherapy book from Ebay once and it came with a certificate stating that I was now a fully qualified hypnotherapist!

However if you look at www.hypnotherapists.org.uk/ then you should be able to find a reputable one. To be a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy you have to have undertaken an approved training course.
