As a very simple principle: a small piece of lean protein (eg a skinless chicken breast, marianted in some lemon juice and a teeny bit of olive oil and maybe some spices - chili or mustard is good to increase the metabolism), griddled, with lots of veg and some boiled new potatoes or basmati rice. Normal rice and any other form of potatoes are "no-no".

The other thing to remember is that the veg should cover half your plate, with the protein and the carboydrate each covering a quarter each.

A small fruit based pudding, or jsut some fruit: eg some seedless grapes mixed with a small amount of low fat creme fraiche/yoghurt and tiny amount of dark (moscovado) sugar (or if you want to be really good, fruisana) and leave for an hour or so on the fridge.
