Have just joined WW online and don't really understand the 'Filling and Healthy day' option - am I right in thinking that you can have as much/many from the list of Filling and Healthy foods (without tracking the points) as long as you only eat to you feel comfortable rather than stuffed? And if you eat anything that is not on that list, you deduct it from your 49 weekly points??

How often would you use this option each week and why?

It reminds me very much of Slimming World which I quite liked but got bored every day so, if I am right, am thinking this would be a way to mix and match the 2 diets Smile

I started ww about 3 weeks ago and leader advicsed us not to do filling and healthy until we had totally got the hang of points, but yes how you say it sounds like how I understood it. I dont intend to use it for quite some time though I am enjoying doing propoints as it is.

Thank you - maybe I am running before I can walk Grin

Still not sure when you would use that though.

Also, does anyone know if the daily points you are given is based on a 2lb a week weight loss?

It's based on a 2lb weight loss unless you are still nursing, in which case you get extra points and should lose no more than 1lb a week to protect your milk supply.
