Have just joined WW online and don't really understand the 'Filling and Healthy day' option - am I right in thinking that you can have as much/many from the list of Filling and Healthy foods (without tracking the points) as long as you only eat to you feel comfortable rather than stuffed? And if you eat anything that is not on that list, you deduct it from your 49 weekly points??
How often would you use this option each week and why?
It reminds me very much of Slimming World which I quite liked but got bored every day so, if I am right, am thinking this would be a way to mix and match the 2 diets
