Ok. I'm on the right track to losing weight, but now need the extra push of a slimming club.

I have tried both weightwatchers and slimming world. I can't make up my mind which to choose. I want which ever helps me loose the most weight the quickest! Grin

I have found WW to be a good fit for me. Made me think about my food, control my portions, not just stuff my face endlessly with 'free' food like i did on SW.

I've lost 6st5.5lbs since may last yr.

Wow vaj that's fab! Well done!Did you find it a bit restricting? Have you tried the new not counting plan?

Honestly, I think the main benefit of these clubs is just that being weighed every week keeps you on track. Which leader do you prefer? If you really like both equally, go for slimming world as its cheaper.

Definitely pootles I really need someone to keep an eye on me! I can't do online because I don't stick with it. I have some vouchers for free registration and free meetings for both. I really like both diets, but last time I tried ww I found the whole propoints thing a bit off putting. Although I am willing to try it again..

I dont find it at all restricting. In fact its actually the opposite. I eat whatever the family is having just with extra veggies to pad it out a bit. I like the way your points allowance gradually reduces as you lose weight so you can decide where you can reduce the points you use.
I havent tried the no counting plan as i would just keep eating and eating! I dont trust myself to stop when im satisfied so would rather portion control.

Yes,I see what you mean vaj.the thing I like about ww is that you can have anything you want really. With slimming world I liked that you could cook a meal without weighing or measuring as long as you stick to the list. I do remember I got bored with sw though as I ate the same things all the time and the excitement of mullerlites being free quickly wore off!
