Why, I thank you

It has been almost embarrassing how successful a 'Cut the Crap' diet can be Blush.

There is not much of a story, I am afraid - I'd make a crap poster girl Grin.

I am 5'6'', have been a size 18 give or take for the last 10 years or so - or much, MUCH bigger due to pregnancy. I think my max weight when not pregnant has been around 90kg or thereabouts. I've never been one to weigh myself much, but always 'knew' how well or otherwise I was doing by waistbands etc.

So, the end of August after a blow-out summer feeling really fat, for no obvious outward reason I just decided I'd had enough and stopped eating 'empty calories': so no diet, I ate as much as I wanted, but ditched the chocolate/crisps/biscuits etc etc.
I was weighed at my GP's about 1 month into it and was 87kg and well aware that I had lost something, so that inspired me Smile. Paid a bit more attention to protion-size etc and to whether or not I actually still felt hungry before I had that second helping etc.

I really think I can keep this going. I think I have lost about 2 1/2 stone in total, would like to lose another.

The next step is to start to do C25k - today is the 37th day that I have been thinking about it; I think I am coming close to actually doing it Wink!
