A bit of history. I broke my sternum in August last year which impeded my ability to do much for ages. That combined with post dd weight has left me with 5 kg to lose and a cs belly to get rid of. I have been already addressed diet and over the last 3 weeks have been building up the excercise. I am doing a mix of power walking, gentle aerobics (still cant do high impact), yoga and gentle ab workouts. I am burning an average of 200cls a day. The next two days I can't get out so can't do my walking which is a significant part of the burn. What else could I do while at home, I don't have any excercise equip at home.
