Haven't got her dvd but have to agree she does look great! I think she looks fitter than Martine.

Mosschops, it's really good. Quite fun and dancey. And she is a great inspiration.

I know 2 people who have got it and they rave about it. Very professional, good warm up and cool down bits, and cut into accessible 10 minute chunks, so easy to keep with it.

Even I'm tempted to get it, and I never buy keep fit dvds!

i've just been on play recently and bought belly dancing (aussie style) and Patsy Palmer Urban workout (she made that after she'd had a child i think)

belly dancing one was just for fun they've not arrived yet but once i've tried them I will let yous know what they are like (cheap too both under 7 quid each)

Agree with Dinny, it is very good. She looks great and it it's good to see her before and after IFYSWIM.
