Definately weightwatchers - its the only diet that I lost weight on. Tried slimming world but lost very little.

doing ww - fits in with me and my lifestyle and the rest of the family.... a few others also doing ww and we support each other - look under Health - weightwatchers thread...

I'm doing weighwatchers evian and have lost 24 1/2 lb in about for months. I am now back within a normal weight range for my height and have dropped 2 dress sizes! I think it's really good and motivates you better than if you try on your own. I want to still lose more though.......

I really like ww and lost about two and a half stones after my third baby. I still go every week to classes.
I joined largely through hearing it discussed on mumsnet.
Also, a friend went and lost lots of weight and her words were " Everyone knows how to lose weight - eat less, but it helps to have a structured plan , and WW is the best there is"

I also know a few people who did really well at slimming world. I think any of the reputable slimming clubs are a great way to lose weight as it is very motivating paying money for someone else to weigh you each week.

WW is only diet I have managed to stick to and it work.

Found WW easy as can still eat chocolate. Your also allowed extra for breast feeding.

There is no one day eat this another eat something else.

This is my second time doing WW, after both kids and its worked both times.
