Newborn, toddler and husband working shifts, which slimming club would suit me?

Hi everyone, as it says really. I have never joined a club before but as I didn't lose the weight between my babies I need to take action, I can't face a third summer with bingo wings. I need a diet versatile enough to fit in with the above and don't want to be faffing about with 3 different meals every day.

Any recommendations ladies? T I A

Have you used myfitnesspal?
Its a popular free food diary site where you log on daily food and exercise. That way you can eat whatever you feel like as long as you calorie count it rather than cutting out food groups or working out complicated points values.
Just make sure most of your food is healthy and try to get some regular exercise in and it'll work.

I've just started Myfitnesspal too. Really good as I'm terrible for munching my way through the day but the calorie tally really keeps you in check. Good luck!

Slimming world,I've just started & it seems easy to follow. Are you bf?

Itsallgonetitsup · 03/02/2012 08:44

Slimmingworld have a special scheme for shift workers - you need to tell them when you join.

Not sure what the special thing is - it may be about not being charged or something if you cannot attend weigh in one week.

I have done SW on and off for years and they also let you go to other classes run at different times if you cannot get to your usual one.

if you look at the SW website there is a section where you can put your post code in and see where and when your local classes/groups are held.

MIL did really well with Slimming World. I have joined myfitnesspal now and finding it quite addictive already! Yes I am ebf and myfitnesspal allows for this. I am going to see how I do on this and join SW if I need a stronger kick up the bum. Thanks for your help.
