Couch25K - 3 times a week?

Hello

I'm hoping to do the couch25K.

But - I am struggling to fit 3 runs in a week because I have no time Mon-Wed (working and sole childcare before and after - no lunch hour to do it in)

Would there be no point doing it if I end up stretching it over a longer time period?

I was wondering this I could do two days it's the third I have probs fitting in. Haven't actually started yet just reading with interest.

Just stretch it out a bit. I have many times done an extra day in a week if I haven't felt ready to move on, so can't see a problem! The result will be the same

That sounds ok then! Maybe I will go shoe shopping tomorrow and do Day 1 on Sunday!
