Hi Stacey

Count me in! I started eating a low fat healthy diet as of monday, weighing in at a hefty 14st 6lb! I'm 5'8", and was a consistent size 14 before having my 2 children (they are now 3.10 and 2.5 so can't use childbearing as an excuse anymore!). I was reasonably happy at size 14 and 12.5 stone, but was still always trying to get down to a size 12. The lowest I have weighed as an adult is 11 stone, and I still didn't fit into a 12 then, reckon I needed to get down to 10.5 stone to fit into a 12, so that is my ultimate target.

The girls I work with want to start a weekly weigh in at work on Monday and I am dreading them finding out what I weigh!

That was a really great weight loss last week Stacey, well done! What sort of meals gave you been eating?

I've found it really hard in the evenings after the children have gone to bed, as I'm used to a couple of glasses of wine and usually a sandwich for supper, my fingers itch to go in the fridge and it's all I can think about!

well the trick is drink lots of water (like the 8 glasses your supposed to) as that fills me up quite a lot when i think im hungry. and eat when hungry.

i have had a lot of jacket potatoes, and sandwichs, with salad on the side to fill me up, and a normal dinner, but on a sandwich size plate rather than a dinner plate and im usually full after that (when eating off big plate i never realised how much i stuffed myself when i was already full)

iv also got some tesco healthy living snacks so i dont dip into the choc!!

my rule has been so far:
breakfast doesnt go over 1g of saturated fat
lunch doesn't go over 2g
and dinner doesn't go over 4g
any snacks during the day shouldn't add up to more than 1.5g

it seems to be working!! hehe, dont think i could tell anyone in rl what i weigh before i had dd i was 9 stone 3 now im battling to get under 13 and a half! lol
