I lost 1 1/2 stone last year and was wearing size 12 clothes for the first time in years (even before DCs!). I felt good!
I only put 1 lb over Christmas and I wish I'd put more on as something inside me seems to have completely relaxed and 3 weeks into Jan I find myself 5 lbs heavier that I was before Christmas and half a stone off my target weight! Worse yet, my lovely new clothes are not comfortable.
So that's it - back on the diet tomorrow - anyone care to join me?
I am having a strict week of high protein and low carb to get me back into the swing of things and then will be using my fitness pal to monitor my intake ( and exercise). My exercise consists of 2 or 3 power walks a week and a pilates class if I am home from work in time.
