F plan diet

Hello!! Hello!! Here I am!! (worlds only other f planner waving excitedly)

I started the f plan in the 1980s, I loved it and it has changed me for life. Brown carbs and veg... that's me! It's totally untrendy now of course, with carbs being the outcasts of the diet world.

Have you got F2? The new version of F Plan? It's a bit vague but that suits me as I'm only interested in applying principles, not following meal plans etc.

Thank god I am not the only one 1 week in and inches of my stomach and never hungry not exspensive to follow very happy with it so far f2 can you tell me more

make that three of us, just been on this for 6 days with noticabale inch loss already.started off at 15st 2Ibs and will be on the scales later today. Being a gold member of w/watchers I can say this is easy in every way the hardest part is fitting in all my calories because I have not felt hungry on this at all. Eating nothing between meals no cakes biscuits or alchol and I am cooking from scratch all my meals. Went out for Sunday lunch at a carvery and ate my fill so no need to miss out there on the diet.
If you have`nt guessed I am a male. Having followed mumsnet over my partners shoulder for some time I took the plunge and joined this great site today, thanks for letting me in.

Now 14st 9lb thats half a stone in a week :-)
