Have pigged out over the last couple of days and feeling disgusted with myself!

As the title says really.

I had managed to lose a couple of pounds since Christmas and was feeling optimistic but am really tired and have just eaten rubbish for the last couple of days and have put the weight straight back on.

Why can't I stick to something and get rid of this weight!!!

Its quite hard to comment without knowing more about how you lost the couple of pounds and why you ended up eating rubbish.

Tips that worked for me:

  1. Log everything you eat on www.myfitnesspal, even if you eat rubbish. Then you'll see how many calories it is. Weigh in every week.
  2. Use hypnotherapy (either Paul Mckenna or Lisa Jackson) to help with willpower.
  3. Cut out wheat and cut down on sugar. Both highly addictive and will make you crave carbs, especially refined ones. Eat decent protein at each meal, will help you stay full longer. Avoid all high GI carbs.
  4. Read Gillian Riley's book on eating less, useful strategies to help you through the day.
  5. 30 day Shred each night, better evening routine than eating!
